Design Appointment: Designing a home from scratch involves a lot of decisions and can be frustrating. Our NINE carefully created Designer Packages make choosing your interior selections a breeze and eliminate the frustrations which come from too many options.

2. Construction

Pre-Construction Meeting: You and Project Manager review your home plans and discuss the construction schedule.

Pre-Drywall Meeting: You and Project Manager review any electrical options.

Quality Mark Inspection: A licensed, third-party home inspector performs a thorough inspection of your home.

New Home Orientation: You and Project Manager review all of the systems and operations of your new home.

3. Move-In

Closing: The time has come to deliver you the keys to your new home! Our front office will coordinate your home’s closing with our preferred closing attorney and, if applicable, your lender. Your maintenance-free lifestyle has now begun!

Customer Care: At your New Home Orientation, you will be provided with the Home Buyer’s Manual, which details our limited warranty, manufacturer’s warranties and tips for handling service calls during the one-year warranty period.
