Our maintenance-free homes and communities seek to capture the hopefulness of starting a new venture while recreating the American spirit of a true community of close-knit neighbors who share patriotic values. The "1776® Community-Wide Standard" shall mean the standard of conduct, maintenance, or other activity generally prevailing within the property and consistent with the Preamble as further established and defined hereunder or the minimum standards established pursuant to the architectural guidelines under the Declaration, Rules and Regulations, and Board resolutions, whichever is the higher standard. Declarant shall initially establish such standard, which may involve both objective and subjective elements. The 1776® Community-Wide Standard shall evolve as the 1776® community evolves.
